02 Dec, 2025 What are some things that you need to buy/pay for when you first arrive at the school that you didn't know about beforehand?: You can buy most things here on the island and can also order things through Amazon and other US retailers. These will get sent to a mail forwarding service based in Miami and you will pay a fee based on weight when it gets here. Make sure the total invoice including taxes is below $200 to avoid extra fees here in the DR.
