Latest comment: 11 Dec, 2022 How progressive is the city with regards to recycling? : The school tried to implement recycling in school-provided housing but I don\'t know how well it worked. It usually looked like someone was picking through it. We tried to do a composting thing too but the rats were attracted so it didn\'t last long.
