Latest comment: 10 Feb, 2024 What does the school do to create a harmonious state of well-being and high morale amongst its staff?: 2022-2024; Unfortunately, many of the campuses hired administration and faculty that are NOT harmonious, but create toxic work environments through fear, intimidation, favoritism as well as an utter lack of leadership skills. The flagship campus has hired / fired or quit a superintendent, two principals and two vice principals. Most teachers at this flagship campus do not last their initial two-year contract. Those that make it two years are the ones 1) supporting the toxic environment or 2) putting their head down and mouth closed and accepting the situation.
